Local SEO helps your business show up when people search for services near them. DefiniteSEO Pro
adds a map settings section to your Local SEO configuration where you set your exact
geo-coordinates, preferred measurement units, and map style. This location data supports your
local business presence and can feed your business structured data.

Set your business location

  1. Open the DefiniteSEO Local SEO settings and find the Map setting: single location
    section.
  2. Choose your Measurement system (Kilometers or Miles).
  3. Choose a Map style (Hybrid, Satellite, Roadmap, or Terrain).
  4. Under Geo coordinates, enter your Longitude and Latitude. Use the "find your
    geo-coordinates" link if you do not know them.
  5. Save your settings.

Tip: Accurate latitude and longitude matter more than the map style for search engines.
