At DefiniteSEO, we want you to be fully confident in your purchase. That is why we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new premium plans. If you find that our plugin or online tools do not meet your expectations within the first thirty days of your initial purchase, you can request a full refund, no questions asked.

To start a refund request, simply send us a message through our support portal within thirty days of the date of your original order. Please include your order number and the email address you used when making the purchase so that we can locate your account quickly. Once we receive your request, our team will review it and confirm the refund within a few business days.

Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Depending on your payment provider, it can take five to ten business days for the amount to appear in your account. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

Please note that we do not provide refunds for subscription renewals. To help you manage your subscription, we will send an email notification seven days before your plan is due for renewal. This gives you enough time to cancel your subscription if you do not wish to continue.

You are welcome to cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, you will continue to have access to the premium features until the end of your current billing period. Cancellations made after the 30-day money-back window will stop any future renewals but are not automatically refunded for the current period.
